Election Night

Tuck was back at Sky, this time working alongside Lighting Director Richard Bowels, Console Operating for the Sky News studio coverage of the 2019 General Elections.

The studio was a pop-up in the centre of one of Sky’s massive buildings,  with a desk space for Presenter, Dermot Murnagham and 3 guests,  a large LED screen area for statistics, a smaller soft area for small link presentations, The atrium was turned into an AR set, with Spider-cam, Techno-Crain & open space for the Presenter and graphics.

Tuck worked on this project over 2 weeks with focus, rehearsal and then the 13 hour live programme with the show carrying on for another 12-16 hours.  It was all controlled from an ETC  Eos Ti.
